Ideal composition, maximum strength and effectivenessAs the basis for YaoMedica alcoholic tinctures, we use the highest-quality herbs and mushrooms collected where they have been at home for millions of years: in the untouched nature of the Chinese highlands. This makes them full of energy, which flows to you when you use the products. We first grind the herbs and mushrooms into a very fine powder using a special machine, then leave them to rest for a month in 50% alcohol.

This is called maceration. We stir and dynamise the macerate every day so that as many active substances as possible are extracted from the herbs and mushrooms and all the ingredients blend beautifully. Finally, we bottle the tinctures for you. We do not dilute the finished tinctures in any way, so they retain all their strength. This is something that definitely sets us apart from the competition. Why do we macerate instead of making only herbal decoctions or extracts in hot water?

During maceration, far more beneficial substances are released from the herbs and mushrooms. The alcohol also gives the herbs strong dynamism and enhances their effect. The effect is further amplified because you swallow the tincture directly, allowing all the active ingredients to be released into the body in the mouth.

Dosage

Regular doseThe daily dose is 1 drop per 1 kg of body weight. Divide the daily dose into two parts, morning and evening. That is, if you weigh 70 kg, take 35 drops in the morning and 35 drops in the evening. The tincture will then last you approximately 15 days. Increased doseIn acute conditions, up to three times the dose may be administered. It is advisable to shake the tincture before use. Slight cloudiness is normal. Take tinctures on an empty stomach.

The minimum interval is 30 minutes before a meal or one hour after it. The tincture can be mixed with a little hot water, which will evaporate the alcohol. This is ideal when the tincture is taken by children or, for example, drivers. You usually need two to three packages for one month, depending on the daily dose.
